Figure drawing is at the core of my work. Manipulating the body in odd stances and complex facial expressions is a form of communication with the audience. They become theatrical to highlight comedy and drama, with fashion influences as well. I am interested in developing characters and narratives to create dialogue and interest in who they are and what their story is, making them come to life off the page.
